Appearance: A Sparkling Moscatel with very subtle pink tones, a Provencal color, clean and transparent with fine and delicate bubbles arising from its natural fermentation to make foam.
Olfactory: A typical product of the grapes of the Moscatel family, notes of tropical fruits.
Gustative: A sparkling wine, with low alcohol content, making it attractive for consumption, without forgetting its freshness and measured sweetness, this sugar being the residue of the fruit itself.
Suggestion for pairing salads, seafood and antipasti.
Suggested consumption 4 to 6°C.
