The Pure Grape Juice Seal represents the Brazilian Association of Pure Grape Juice, founded in 2018 with the goal of promoting pure juice with absolutely no additions of any substances except for those that originated from the grape itself. This process requires more technology, rigorous control and lab analysis to ensure that the consumer is really getting a pure product.
The certification process is held by the Totum Institute, an independent certification agency that collects the products in their points of sales and puts them through several lab analyses accredited by INMETRO. It is a neutral analysis without the interference of any companies or Association in any technical phase of the process of granting the Seal.
For those consuming the product this seal is a guarantee that it was made solely out of grape in its whole form. And in this way, it avoids the consumption of reconstituted juices and sugary beverages, the consumption of acidulants, flavorings, colourings, preservatives, antioxidants, stabilizers, sequestrants, defoamers and any other kind of chemical additive.
