Varieties: 45% Bordô, 25% Isabel, 20% Concord, and 10% others (approximately).
Intense violet color with ruby reflections with emphasis on the bubbles that come loose at the time of serving and persistent foam for several minutes. The aroma of the maple grape stands out, but it can also present other fruity and sweet aromas, with a balance between sweetness and acidity with carbonic gas that enhances the flavor and increases the sensation of freshness.
