Selection: 45% Burgundy, 25% Isabel, 20% Concord and 10% others (approximately).
Intense Rubi colouring with violet reflexes, grape fruity aroma, and also blackberries and raspberries. In the mouth it presents an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.
Suggestion of pairing: best served with meat and spicy sauces.
Temperature advised for consumption: 6°C to 10°C.
