Selection 40% Fuji, 60% Gala (approximately)

 

SENSORY ANALYSIS

The product presents straw-colour with golden reflexes colouring, intense fruity aroma. In the mouth it presents good acidity and excellent fruit flavour.

Suggestion of pairing: best served with desserts and light dishes.

Temperature advised for consumption: 6°C to 10°C.
